Refund policy

At Furic, your satisfaction is our top priority. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

  • You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

  • To be eligible for a return, the product must be in the same condition as received, unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice) is required to complete your return.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 2 business days and credited to your original method of payment.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Products that are damaged due to misuse, not in original condition, or returned after the 30-day period will not be eligible for a refund.
